"2 nite stopover on way to NZ. First room (deluxe) was not acceptankecax smelt very musty. After complaining we have been upgraded in way back when we stay again, also gave a late checkout, They were most apologetic. Hotel in good position, Easy city to walk around. "

"Had a wonderful stay at Pan Pacific. The staff were amazing from the moment you arrive to the goodbye when you leave. My room was comfortable & cozy. Facilities were impeccable, gym was a good size & adequate equipment. Pool had a nice tropical vibe, spent many hours just reading & relaxing. Location is perfect for shopping around Orchard. Close enough to be around everything but you don’t feel like you’re in the hustle & bustle of Orchard. Would definitely recommend Pan Pacific to everyone...

"Enjoyed our stay at Pan Pacific Service suites. Orchard Singapore. It was right in the centre easy shopping, staff very polite and always helpful and respected our needs. We had a late checkout as our flight back to England was at 20:55 and we were never charged for this. Overall we loved it and one day we will be back."
