"The only concern I had was the obnoxious owner/ manager that came in and fired someone. I was the guest. How’d I know about this. This guy was disgusting to the staff. "

"We had a very pleasant visit. Awesome place for the price! The hotel doesn't look the most fancy from the outside, but it was very nice inside. Our room was huge, nicely decorated and very clean. The atrium area has all kinds of fresh plants and a little bar where you can sit and have appetizer type snacks, beverages and watch a game.The only problem we had was, the first night the hot tub was pretty dirty looking and getting ready to close. We figured they'd do maintenance overnight like most places. We got back from our venue, got around and went down to use the hot tub and it was "closed for maintenance". It was up and running the next morning, but we had to get back to EMU. The breakfast was okay. I got the impression the person doing it may have been new, and didn't either know how to plug in the warmers or didn't know how to use a sterno. We took it back to our room and heated it up in the microwave...incidentally it was Spanish, so I took a guess 😅"
