The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Did not have evening meals here as we ate out due to everything being in such close proximity to the hotel. "

"A bit disappointing. Room was too hot - someone had set the aircon to 28°! Also, I had checked online and it said that they had Sky Sports in the rooms. They don't. They wouldn't even put it on in the bar for me to watch the football 😭 Also, one usually gets tea, coffee and some biscuits in a hotel room. There was tea and coffee, but it was hidden away in the cupboard, so presumably was free. The only refreshments out in the open were the £1.50 bottles of water. I expect better for £120ish per...

Most facilities and appliance were clean and easy to use, except the two toilets' fan. They didn't work so it was very wet after having shower. "
