"A gorgeous property with character. All the facilities we needed, a lovely large bedroom and large bathroom, at a really good price for a city. Free parking! The breakfast was fabulous. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. It is convenient for the theatre. We will stay again. "

"The location was easy to find. The host replied enquiry promptly. The flat was big enough for 4, though we had 3 only. It would be great if the intercome was functioned because we had only one key. Most facilities and appliance were clean and easy to use, except the two toilets' fan. They didn't work so it was very wet after having shower. "

"I never usually leave reviews but this hotel was impressive. Stunning decor throughout, it smelt beautiful, so clean and the bed was so comfy! When I walked into my room the heating was on so it was lovely and warm! The bathroom was luxury and I’m pretty sure it had heated flooring. "This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Stayed for one night, Xmas shopping trip. Triple room which was fine for 3 ladies, one of us had a birthday so the hotel gifted some fizz, cake and chocolate to our room. Also plenty of tea and coffee, nespresso machine. Marco Pierre restaurant was lovely as was the breakfast, plenty of choices. All staff great customer service. Would highly recommend. "

"The place is gorgeous from the outside and even better when you walk into the bar area. Food was quick and lovely (I ate from the bar menu) and everything was great value. You genuinely feel like they are under charging for how nice it is."
