"Everything was fine, except the “All Inclusive” breakfast was not clear. The paper issued at the lobby stated that the dining options start at 11:00 to 23:00. So, the first 2 days we had to wait to eat, then an associate confirmed. After a brief conversation with another associate he confirmed that we did have the option to have breakfast but the beverages consumption start at 11. Anyway, the experience was good and the whole family was happy. "

"My mom and I stayed at this resort in Jan of 2025! We absolutely loved it. From check in to check out the staff were friendly and helpful. Food: breakfast buffet was amazing and worth signing up for. We didn’t sign up for it initially but was no problem to go down and charge it to your room. "Too many steps to climb up or down to get anywhere. Drinking water should not be charged for but Amari charges. Cut fruit and other savories were left uncovered and open to flies and other bugs. Housekeeping was good."

"Overall this hotel is good. And even though it is still being built. It’s not an issue. It just isn’t very pretty in some places but all the bits that count are nice. I think the overall gripes with this hotel is the general cleanliness. The pool area and general surroundings need a regular clean. "The resort was beautiful. The service was good. It took a while to get drinks by the pool or beach. They also only allowed you to have one room key which meant you could not cool your room if you were not in it which is ridiculous. It was very hot. They have 4 pools and none were adults only. There were kids jumping all over including splashing water near my food and drink. At least one pool should be adults only and enforce it. "

"We booked the hilltop view and it was an amazing view of the ocean with a balcony! It was a little bit of a walk up hill every night but it was a great price for the location, view and size of the room. Breakfast was amazing as well. "Really nice hotel and pools. Buffet breakfast was good with a few different options. They do have a restaurant which we didn’t try. The room has basic necessities - towels, dressing gowns, slippers, toiletries etc. Bottled water is provided every day. Kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, plates etc but you need to buy your own ingredients. The room has a TV but no streaming platforms so best to bring a HDMI cable. Daily housekeeping is good. "We stayed 3 nights and had a Jr Suite. It was quite spacious and had a small fridge, TV, A/C and a King bed. The bathroom was large too. Pool/beach towel were in the room with a beach bag. Our suite was near the back end of the resort, close to the pool n beach. The shopping and dining options were a 2 minute walk from our hotel. The location is fantastic with the limestone cliffs and 2-3 beaches. We would come back here again!"

"Great modern rooms, convenient location right opposite the beach, located at a quieter part of Patong but still walking distance into the centre. Staff are amazing, so helpful. The corridors at the hotel are long and traffic of people walking through can at times be a bit annoying. Ask for a room at the end of the corridor "

"After reading some of the online reviews, I was a bit hesitant about staying here however, we loved everything about this property once we experienced it for ourselves. The service was impeccable! While there are a few minor things I think that needs a small facelift, it was a beautiful property overall. It’s totally worth splurging on the beachfront bungalows."

"The Mandarava Resort was impecable. Spacious and clean rooms, plenty of pools and bars and the service was second to none. The buffet breakfast was well worth it and the Charm Thai Restaurant was amazing. Room service was also delivered quickly and with a friendly smile. The complimentary shuttle to Karon Beach made it easy to get to the local shops, restaurants and have a dip in the ocean. I would recommend staying at the Mandarava Resort to anyone looking for luxury accomodation in Phuket."
