"The resort is really beautiful, the gardens around it amazing and really well kept and the staff is super lovely. There are two beautiful pool areas and the bungalows are amazing, clean, spacious and well equipped. Be aware that the resort is very remote, so if you don't have your own mode of transport, you rely on the tours that the hotel offers and obviously the prices are a little higher with no competition. "The hotel is quite a long distance from Bangkok, but for a couple of nights it is worth a visit (and the 2-3 hour drive across from Bangkok). The setting on the river is beautiful. We have one of the rooms with the kayaks, and these are easily accessible/ readily available. The only drawbacks were that there really is nothing to do in the local area, and to get into the town centre the only option is to use the hotel's taxi service (no other local services or Grab options available).
