"Everything was great. The room was quiet, clean and comfy. Location was good, there was plenty of parking. The late night staff members (1/30/25 & 1/31/25) were both amazing and friendly! My only complaint was housekeeping knocking on the door 3 different times between 9am-11am the day I was checking out. Otherwise I had a very nice stay. "

"I made reservations last minute due to my flight getting canceled. It was very easy, less than 10 minutes from RENO Airport. The staff was extremely nice, everyone I met greeted me with a smile and spoke to me. The casino area was nice as well. Only bad thing I have to say, the shower in my room looked a little dirty, but I was only there for 6 hours anyway. Other than that perfect "

"I had the BEST experience at the Comfort Inn in Reno. A lock on the door and clean sheets are usually enough for me but these guys go above and beyond. The rooms were spotless and the beds were comfortable. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and helpful. I was stranded due to a cancelled flight and they set me up with extra toiletries that I needed, quarters and soap for the on-site laundry, and allowed me to check in early (I returned not long after checking out when my flights were cancelled for the second day in a row). Hot breakfast was great and if I weren’t exhausted from traveling I would have loved to use the fitness room. Airport shuttle was a major plus too. Amazing hospitality, thank you so much! "
