"Nice location. Slight slope down and the Grand Batam Mall is there. Nearby alot of cafes, massage shops. Safe area along busy main road No pool but the room makes up for it. Looks more like “ business hotel”room at one glance but is also good for leisure .Buffet breakfast was included in the room deal. Happy with that. Porridge, local rice , dishes , fruits, salad, egg station. Of course is not like a 5 star spread but good enough. Staff at reception friendly. Renovation on going at level 1...

"Towels are brownish in colour, so don't dare to use them. Wifi connection is unstable and keep dropping. I put the tag on the door to request to make up my room, but nobody came to do that. When I asked for the 2 complimentary bottles of water, the reception said they ran out of it and will give me 4 bottles tomorrow which doesn't help as I'm checking out the next day. "The apartment is huge, with 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Near to Nagoya, batam centre and grand mall. Good for family. The downside is that the toilet in the master bedroom was dirty, there was black spots in the bathtub. The whole unit floor was dusty and there were mold in the freezer. "

"When arrived, I was told by the owner that our rooms will be slightly noisy as is directly below ktv.. And it opened till 4am. We was not give much choice but to accept.
