"Excellent overall. Unfortunately I can not speak Spanish. I ask that when people pick the phone up to provide a service, they must be able to speak English otherwise it creates a very frustrating atmosphere. "

"Recently opened property with beautifully appointed rooms. Nice beach area (great staff). Pool area is a bit cramped. Loved Evelyn’s (great staff — special kudos to Gratzia — and menu). Gym was also well appointed. Concierge very helpful. Net net, terrific property. Staff makes all the difference. Will be back for sure!"
