"This hotel was a great place to stay when my husband and I went to a concert at the Kemba. The restaurants and the concert was within a 15 min walking distance and that was a great location. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. The only thing I would knock them for would be that they give you “complimentary” items when you arrive but then you actually receive a document that states you are paying for those same items. Otherwise, I would suggest staying here if you can. "

"We love the unique style of this hotel. We’ve come back multiple times. The only downside is the very expensive and unnecessary valet parking. We didn’t even utilize the service because it is inconvenient to hand over the keys and also retrieve them - not to mention any obligation to tip when the parking is only feet from the entrance to the hotel."
