We always enjoy staying at this property when in Columbus. It's easily accessible to the nightlife and restaurants of the Short North. The in hotel lounge and restaurant is cozy and lively. The kitchen is open until 1 am, so late night cravings can be fulfilled! Great place to watch sports...or people! The place was a bit noisy this stay, but given that it was Thanksgiving and a big football weekend, not unexpected.

We were treated very well by all of the staff we encountered. Clearly, there is a culture of service that permeates the whole team and it shows! Special shout out to Alejandro who arrived for his shift one morning to find an urgent issue with us to change rooms due to a broken toilet. He was friendly, helpful and efficient!
