"Staff was very friendly, but expected to do the work of two people. Check in took quite a long time because only one person was working the front desk and was having to answer phones and check people in. The room was nice, but the shower really needed some attention. "

"It was a good stay. My room was spacious and clean. I did notice some malfunctions. The front door was stuck open and the elevator was down. I was on the first floor so it didn’t inconvenience me. My only complaint is the second door in my room located in the bedroom that went outside. I did not like that at all and cold air blew under it. Overall, I survived and got what I paid for. "

"I came hoping to do laundry and there was no laundry room, no Gym, no pool, the breakfast wasn't good. I requested a furst floor room, the lady said there wasnt any available and that they were Wheel chair accessible and I am using a cane, I really wanted a walk in shower but i didn't get that on the second floor."
