The common areas and our accommodations were beautiful. Our hostess Sydney was so charming and personable. Late afternoon tastings and charcuterie. "We enjoyed access to the jacuzzi and pool, our balcony, sitting areas around the property, the small complementary wine bottle upon our arrival, but staff seemed overworked and unhappy, cleanliness left much to be desired, including coffee stain left on the wall and no housekeeping services. "
