"People went through are things and so we didn't enjoy the stay. When I called hotels.com they told me they had to verify with the hotel that this happen. they wanted me to confront the hotel and after an hour on hold with hotels.com they hung up on me and then when I talked to the staff and told them. they end up checking the cameras and told me they would send me the clip and refund me, but they only refunded me half as i wanted a refund for the whole stay as i don't want to pay for my stuff to...

"I stayed at the Continent Hotel Da Nang for 2 nights. There is 15 mins walking distance to the beach and 15 mins walking to the Vitcom Plaza. The staff is helpful. I ask the front desk staff to order the Taco Ngon (A well-known restaurant). On the other hand, the wall is thin. I can hear the voices from the next room at the night. It affects my sleepiness a lot. I cannot sleep well."

"We (two couples) walked out after one night. Hotels.com owe us for two nights stay. This hotel should NEVER have been on your website. It is patently unprepared for paying guests. It contravened everything you promised: double bed; non-smoking.There was a pile of cigarette butts/a lighter and cig packet on the FLOOR! My breakfast request took them by surprise. I had to wait till they roped in a woman over the street who presented me with two flat, fried eggs swimming in a disgusting sauce....

"We loved our stay here, we were treated so very well and everyone was so kind to us and our children. The pool facilities were wonderful woth a great pool bar that always had friendly staff working there. The pool boys were also wonderful and so caring towards our children. They had a fabulous buffet breakfast and we had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful member of staff who made each of our mornings so special. Her name was Truc (spelling may not be correct) but we loved her and i still miss her now! The room were always so clean and tidy and serviced daily. We had a sea view room and wow all i can say is it was stunning! We were on floor 18 so nice and high up and felt like we were in the water! Overall couldnt be happier with our stay and our kids loved that they set their snugglies up on their bed each day on their pillows, such a nice touch. "
