"The townhome was nice. Very clean and the reception desk & staff were extremely helpful & very timely when we called. Spacious home, heated floors very cozy. The shuttle service was good however being that it’s a little out of the city it would be more convenient to have a rental car. Wonderful & relaxing family holiday. "Amazing, beautiful views, spacious room. Very new, highly recommend. Make sure you call ahead and tell them your check in time. I was able to do this on the day of. The person on the phone did not understand english well, but I was able to use google translator. Tell them that you booked through expedia or whatever service. The staff was amazing. "Nice LARGE hotel. We were there in the winter for the onsen. Many Chinese tourists. Buffet was good. The onsen large and nice to explore, albeit arcanish (some Roman influence 😛). Many pools to explore wide wide range in temperatures). Overall a good place to stay. The bus runs from the JR station to in front of the hotel, could be difficult with large luggage or get a taxi (about $15). One night ok. Maybe 2. "

"It seems like a hotel that also catered for long stays for temporary workers? E.g. ski instructors etc? There were some rooms with kitchen facilities for everyone to use at each level. The only issue we faced was the water from the bathroom was chalky (the one in the toilet and communal facilities were clear). We were not sure if its safe for consumption and the front desk could only advise us to let the water run for some time. Eventually, as we were with a 2.5 year old kid, we simply relied on bottled water. But other than that, he hotel and room condition are good. And it felt homely in the very cold condition when we were in Niseko. The breakfast at the hotel, for 2700 yen is also good. Staff was polite and helpful. Location was not bad too. We could not get a larger room, if there are."

"Great place to stay! Easy access to different must-go places. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Except for the breakfast buffet which end at 9:30. When it says 9:30, it means that everyone needs to leave at that time. We were obviously not aware of that and kept working on what’s left in our plates when one man seemed like a manager came with a raised voice saying “Out, out!” Guess that’s the culture difference."

"Room is big and clean, just toilet too small for our room at 8th floor. Hotel is renovating, hope will have a bigger toilet in future. Breakfast and dinner buffet spread is good. No chance to try the onsen, hope will have a chance in future."
