Really nice meal, probably best fish and chips and mushy peas I’ve ever had, lovely treacle tart, all with great service from the lovely Victoria. Very comfortable bed. Can’t fault it. "Enjoyable stay at a good price. Pretty up to date room with a good breakfast. Offered advocado with the full English when I said I did not want black pudding. Croquet lawn. Very friendly and helpful staff. Free EV charging was a nice plus although I think 2 of the 3 chargers were not working. The main negative was the noise of a fan turning on and off outside my particular room (Quail). Was annoying."
