"The overall is good. The price is not high so what we received is already good enough. Service is really good and the staffs are very friendly. The only advice is about cleanliness in bathroom. The toilet and bathtub contains many diets on toilet seats and bathtub…so I could not use them. Since the bed sheets and tables are really clean, I feel it may occasionally that people forget to clean the bathroom. Overall is good."

"the customer service is very poor . yes and no answer only… our telephone in our room is not working the customer service no is always busy when we call and i didn’t have hair dryer in the bathroom. I also don’t understand why the fee in my booking and what i paid is not same amount in the receipt and take out from my account ??"

"Nice reception staff. Hotel very clean, great large room. Great lamps with outlets and USB ports. The towels and toiletries set up perfectly. The linens were very nice. Only disappointment was a soft mattress. Not like plush soft more like no support soft. Out of synch with how nice everything was "
