"Everything is fine except for the blackout curtains that did not close all the way. I wanted to sleep in till 9am due to late check-in, but had to get up by 7 because it was bright enough for me to be awakened by it. If the sunlight bothers your sleep, then this hotel is not for you. Unless of course they gave us the crappy room. :("

"I went there to join a 4 days-event, the hotel is beautiful and my room was spacious and clean every day. Staff is nice and professional, big shout to Mr Khaled Al Taher who assisted me with the check in process and warmly greeted me every time we met in the lobby I was also lucky to have him again there when I was checking out. Real 5 stars service from a real 5 stars hotel!!!"

"The hotel is right under the flight path of John Wayne Airport, so very noisy until they stop flying at night-it makes it difficult to enjoy the hotel premises outdoors during the day. The $42 charge for parking your own car in an outdoor, uncovered lot is just a rip off. Hotel itself was nice, clean, but these were real negatives for us. "

"We were not aware of the construction when we book but our room was up to date so that was nice It took four requests over 24 hr period to get another blanket which was sorta of frustrating but the staff was all super kind The updated room had a couple of random things like a fan that did not turn on in the bathroom (not sure it was even connected) and the tv was really nice and big but not configured yet so would not connect to wifi etc so if either of those are concerns check with them first...
