"期待した通りのかわいい民宿でした。チェックインのスタッフはとても親切で、日本語のガイドブックも貸してくれました。お部屋のベッドのマットレスはちょうどいい柔らかさで、とても寝やすくゆっくり休めます。周辺には有名な飲食店も多く、テイクアウトしてゆっくりお部屋で食べました。バスルームは、シャワーカーテンがないのですが、床はよく乾き、問題なかったです。チェックアウト後に、充電器を忘れたのですがスタッフの方がすぐに連絡をくれました。あいにく既に台南を離れていたので、2ヶ月後にまた台南に行く際まで預かってくれることになり、その親切さに感動しました。広いお部屋だったので、一人だと少し値段は高いですが、とても充実して過ごすことができました。"

"A very nicely decorated old house in a convenient location. Quite easy to find parking spaces nearby and there are many dining options around. There are basically everything you need inside the house, and the owner is ready to help if you need anything. The only issues is that the stairs inside the house are quite steep (which is a common feature in old houses in Tainan) so be careful if you are staying with young children and elderly. "I was glad we had a mandarin speaker with us to call the proprietor when we arrived as we didnt know what to do when everything was locked up. But once we called and he arrived, it was an awesome place to stay. Loved the location in historic Tainan (only street parking a couple blocks away available) and all four of us found it very roomy with a nice shared sitting area/kitchen outside our private room. And free snacks upon arrival. I hope to stay there again some day!"

"We stayed at Cozzi Hotel during the lunar new year holidays, which is one of the busiest time of the year. Our stay was very smooth despite the big number of people, demonstrating that the hotel is very well run. We are a family of three, traveling with a toddler, and would recommend this hotel to families traveling with kids up to perhaps 10 years old. Our child thoroughly enjoys the outdoor car ride and the indoor playground facilities. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I’ve ever had at any hotel. There is certainly something for everyone."

"We stayed here to spend time with our adoptive son during our interactive trip. It was perfect for what we needed. I highly recommend this hotel. Everything was accessible and the place was clean. Staff was always on point! While some did not speak English there was always at least 1 person close by that did. "
