"The Shangri-La Far Eastern Tainan was the nicest hotel I've stayed at in a while. Staff were quick and friendly and helped us with any questions. The room was very spacious and had a great view of the city. Overall, we will definitely be back. "

"帶長輩到台南旅遊，入住台南晶英酒店的體驗非常棒，沒有讓他們失望。前台房務的服務人員親切有禮，在小細節上的安排也很貼心，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。酒店房間寬敞舒適，每天有新鮮水果供應，喜歡吃水果的長輩很喜歡。冰箱裡有氣泡茶，每個樓層有一座公用的加水機，可以裝氣泡水和熱水，台南有這麼多美食，晚上回到飯店喝一口氣泡飲料解膩也是不錯的。下次跟家人和朋友去台南，入住晶英酒店是我的Top 3之選。"

"The room was big enough and comfortable, with a nice view on the main road but very quiet. Clean and tidy and really enjoyable. The staff was friendly and professional, thank you."

"The location is good if MRT and bus are available (unfortunately the MRT and bus were not in service on the day when we arrived because of Kangrui typhoon so we had to take taxi from HRT station), the staffs are very helpful. We walked outside for most of the daytime and just used the hotel for sleeping. It is worth of the value. By the way, the hotel provides washer and dryer for free even though the dryer took about 3 hours to dry a small load of the clothes."
