"Very friendly staff, among whom was someone apparently with artistic talent and passion who left cute welcoming notes with drawings in our room. Front desk gave us a free upgrade to a family room when we checked in as a family of three without us asking. Free shuttle to the airport. We had to depart at 5am to catch a 8am flight. Staff was considerate enough to pack a light breakfast togo bag for everyone which was beyond our expectation. Onsite laundry was convenient and easy to use. Room was very clean and spacious. Good shower head. Plenty of dining choices minutes walking from hotel. No complaints whatsoever. Will definitely stay again next time passing through Shanghai "
