"First let me say I'm a Platinum Status Expedia member. Next, LITERALLY DO NOT STAY HERE!!!. The "security" stole my luggage and the "manager" basically did a home invasion. These people are straight up criminals who will threaten you, assault you, and rob you."

"Small, family owned and operated hotel. Like a home stay but withal and hot shower. The family may invite you to have dinner with their family the owner will drive you anywhere inSiem Reap and pick you up and drop you off at the airport or bus station. Quiet away from the action of the city."

"We booked this hotel with free breakfast for five nights. When we arrived at there, a front desk lady immediately tried to sell us a tour package for the Angkor ruins. We didn't purchase it right away. She also told us there was no free breakfast. The next day we bought a three-day Angkor tour plan from a nice front desk gentleman. He said we missed this morning's breakfast. We were confused why the lady told us there was no free breakfast. Later we double-checked the web site we booked from and...

"Our stay at this hotel in Siem Reap was simply delightful. The hotel's location near Pub Street gave us quick access to the bustling atmosphere and cultural experiences that Siem Reap has to offer. We appreciated the large parking space, which is often hard to find in busy tourist areas. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of delicious options that catered to both local and international tastes. We can't wait to return!"

"Simply an extraordinary place, with a chic, bliss-inducing design and every convenience anticipated and fulfilled. The hotel is a short (complimentary) tuk-tuk ride into the busy downtown, but also a short walk to treasures like the Khmer Ceramics & Fine Arts Centre. They even had the coffee bar staffed and substantial breakfasts packed as we departed at 4:40am for our sunrise tour of Angkor. We truly can't recommend it highly enough, and won't think about staying anywhere else if we are lucky enough to visit Siem Reap again. "
