"We had a nice apartment with a view to the cinema. It looked great. Lots of storage for clothes and bathroom things. Many mirrors and two TVs. Cozy lights in the living room area. Black out blinds everywhere and it was quite quiet. The bed was big and comfortable and there were many pillows. There are sockets everywhere. Friendly staff :) Sadly there were no hooks for towels in the bathroom and there were no towels/cloths/paper towels in the kitchen area. Great stay all in all, would go again!"

"We were completely locked in the train station and unable to get out early in the morning for our flight. A complete fire hazard. We used a spoon to jimmy open a construction door to get out into the parking lot. The rest of the doors were barred closed."

"The property is really a short-term lease; not a hotel. There is no lobby, no restaurant, nor really any dining options nearby. On the plus side it is quite close to an S-train stop and near the work location I was at. But coming in on a red-eye, arriving at the location at 0800 in the rain and not being able to enter until 1500 to drop off luggage and get out of the weather is not what an International traveller experts. "

"Location of the apartment is good, but otherwise do not expect too much of this very basic accommodation. Bathroom is so small you can just about close the door when sitting on the toilet. No soap holders or shelves etc. Cleaning equipment (hoover etc.) shoved into a corner. Only one light in the living room worked. Apartment was extremely warm and windows cannot open properly. Kitchen not too bad, but all in all not a very inviting place. Would not stay again."

"The breakfast buffet was pretty good - lots of options. Staff were very helpful for everything, even when I had trouble with the laundry machine. I rented a bike a few times, which was great, but the rental policy wasn't clear. one employee said I could rent for one or more days, one said I could only rent one day at a time, and then the return policy isn't clear - do I owe the key back the next morning or does a day rental have a time limit at night? Not a big deal, just a little confusing."

"Great hostel with phenomenal staff and amenities. I appreciated the night during my stay when there was live music by a Spanish band in the lobby; other travelers were present and it made for an enjoyable and memorable experience. There are plenty of bus stops and rental bikes near the property. Also, there are a few grocery stores within walking distance. The beds in the 4-person rooms were comfortable and easy to access. Also, the lockers were large enough for a typical solo traveler. Overall, I'd recommend this property to everyone and definitely plan to stay here when visiting Copenhagen again. Highly recommend. "

"Det er et rigtig rigtig fint hotel vi følte os meget velkomne fra vi kom så vi gik vi havde en suite på 15. etage med udsigt over Tivoli selv der kører udrykningskøretøj hele døgnet rundt lige nede foran fyldte vi os overhovedet ikke generet som vi ellers har oplevet andre steder. Jeg vil gerne fremhæve sengene de var virkelig lækre og ligge i og rigtig god morgenmad."
