Hotel is centrally located, 5 minutes from train station and Tivoli Gardens. Weekend break was excellent albeit slightly marred with the experience through Expedia. Booked a room for 2 adults and 1 nine year old child and had this confirmed through Expedia. On arrival at hotel there was only a double bed and sofa available. Staff helpfully made up the sofa for my daughter but then insisted on charging an additional bed fee despite the confirmation from Expedia.. No response to several emails to Expedia which was disappointing. Unlikely to use them again and wouldn't recommend to a friend.

Outstanding Hotel
Excellent for guests who appreciate all organic. Charming place. Rooms a bit small but that’s Europe. My first room was on the top floor with great ambiance and view. I like hotel so much I extended my stay and moved to the room with small balcony and canopy bed and awesome stone bathtub. Buffet breakfast (extra charge) was a exquisite.

Rett ved tivoli og hovedbanegården. Fint hotell med bra størrelse rom. Eneste negative er om du får rom mot gaten i en av de første etasjene. Det er en uterestarurant på andre siden av veien, og gjestene blir til tider veldig høylytte. Spør etter rom høyt oppe.

Prima hotel voor een relaxed weekend Kopenhagen
Dit hotel ligt lekker centraal ten opzichte van het centrum en Tivoli. De kamers zijn over het algemeen niet groot maar wel netjes. We hadden een mooie kamer op de 5e verdieping maar echter zonder warm water. Toen dit niet verholpen kon worden hadden we binnen 15 minuten een nieuwe kamer. Het hotel ligt in een rustige straat waardoor je geen last hebt van geluiden van de straat. Het meest geweldige vonden wij het zalige ontbijtbuffet!

Då vi bott på hotellet var vi förväntansfulla då vi var mycket nöjda sist vi bodde här. Tyvärr var det överhuvudtaget sämre den här gången. För att nämna några saker: Ingen bodylotion i badrummet, sist blev vi bjudna på ett glas vin eller öl, inte nu, inte speciellt trevlig personal i receptionen....

Et hotell som absolutt kan anbefales! Meget hyggelig personalet. Rommet var lite, men allikevel hyggelig. Hadde også en liten balkong ut mot bakgården.

Trevligt hotell för en kortvistelse
Vi hade det trevligt på Axel Hotel Guldsmeden, jättesköna sängar och centralt läge. Badrummet var bristfällig men sovrummet var väldigt fräscht. En anställd på hotellet var en aning otrevlig och ljög dessutom då han sa att han "talar SVENSK". Området omkring hotellet kallas dock för "Copenhagen red light district". Vi upplevde däremot ingen oro där såväl under dag och kväll.

Bra hotell men det blir for tungvint å ikke ha dusj på badet. Kun badekar som var veldig lite er for dårlig
