"I stayed one night in a 3 bunk bed room with 5 other people. The room was clean and bedding was good, but mattress felt as solid as if you were sleeping on the floor. I really liked a living room for its home-like setting with lots of interesting books on shelf and classic tv-couch setting. They provide you a towel and a breakfast, cream cheese bagle and morning coffee. I liked that they had an individual locker where I can stuff my belongings. Overall feels pretty much like home and better...

"Our couple has used this hotel several times since a long time ago. The area around the hotel is safe to walk around, and there are many delicious restaurants, nice cafes, and many places to shop, so it is convenient and enjoyable. All the hotel staff are kind, and the Nordic room design is very pretty and the bedding is convenient, but I think the lighting brightness of the bathroom and the silicone of the bathroom floor need to be upgraded. Overall, it's worth staying in this hotel."

"There was no one at the desk when we arrived, even though we were told someone would be there until 11pm. But our key was on the desk with directions to find our room. It was small, but as described and adequate for our needs. We just needed a bed for the night. It had AC, its own small bathroom, TV, Wifi, mini fridge, and coffee. For the price, it was fine. If you don't need much, this place is just fine. "

"This place has wonderful and professional staff, and honestly, the rooms are decent. But here’s where it goes downhill… The weekends are packed with weddings or other events on the 5th and 7th floor. That’s not an issue, but trying to get an elevator is a real pain. Sometimes you’re pressing for an elevator, and then, the elevator is going up and down, and all over the place, but just not picking you up. So then other people end up button-mashing for the other elevators, and it kinda’ holds...
