Only benefit of this hotel is its location opposite Vivo City. Rest the price which you pay, will get very good hotels in Singapore. Every 3rd day room cleaning, I asked for water bottle the next day and the reception guy said please drink tap water. Breakfast one of the worst.

Located near Vivo city and Sentosa island which makes the hotel quite far from other attractions around the city . The hotel is a budget hotel and is adequate if that’s what you are looking for . Rooms are basic and small but if you are exploring and using the hotel just to sleep it’s fine. The shower in our room was dirty and had lots of small flies and bugs present

Very disappointed that there was no advice when booking that the seimmming pool would be out of action for the duration & beyond my stay. I have stayed here 7 time since 2913. Twice on 20 day holidays and twice for 5 days as well as 1-2 day stopover on my way to/from Australia and the UK. The pool is a key reason for choosing this hotel to ease the swelling in my legs from a long haul flight and aid circulation and avoid deep vein thrombosis.

Was very impressed with the young staff that served us for checking in . We didn't get his name . He was very professional . Apologise that there is a delay in checking in as the room is not ready due the hotel fully book. He even gave us drinks coupons for the late check in . He rejected the tips given n told us is his job . The room was really cosy and clean . Will definitely recommend to our oversea friends to stay here.

This place is a joke for the price. I had a view of a grave yard. The room was tiny and never cleaned in the 3night I was there. The linen was old and limited. There was a rave party on the top floor on the Friday night with 100s for under age kids running though the premises, screaming, pressing buttons on every floor of the lift and around 20 of them to a room. The police arrived at one point as there were so many of the that they were all over the street out the front of the property. After paying $628 for 3 nights it was an extra $5 per night if you wanted to use the microwave or washing machines. The breakfast was unbeatable and the scrambled eggs made the toast soggy, it was also over crowded with people fitting to get food. I waited behind 2 other people to check in while 3 staff members were busy chatting. Definitely would not recommend this hotel. Also is you are a smoker you had to leave the building and go outside in the rain to have a smoke. They even have a sign stated if you need a taxi it is up to you to organise it not the hotels responsible 😟. Very poor service

Room was clean and nice. However the view of the room is facing tomb. I am happy with the station room idea. It is very worth it for guests to enjoy for the stay for me.

We had an issue with the breakfast initially but after many reception visits this was resolved with a credit offered for that part which we accepted and closed that problem. Not making the room up every day and no fresh towels unless ordered befor 10am and paid for is more like backpackers accommodation not hote. Room Was comfortable but beds very high off the ground and you had to be cautious getting off in the middle of the night. They were very helpfull in letting us shower in the pool shower later in they day so we were fresh for our fligh. They also were happy tostore our bags for us but this was out front in a coutyard with garden beds around them and hugh lack of security. Pool was nice and upstairs bar pleasant although only open one out of the 2 nights due to a function

We was sopose to have a room with harbor view we got alley view there was a fire after 3 nights the tv didn't work for 3 days no brekfest served Cose we booked tru expedia the room has not been proper cleaning for months the place sucks i would like my money back
