"Great room for what we needed. Also had an unseen business and rec area with big screen t.v., bar and table area where larger groups can meet and plan. All yours in the office season! Late check out is not an option but they have a place you can sit and work or wait. Our room did not have a view but few hotels do int his area. Good bath products and waterfall shower. Some shower instructions would be great for hot/cold, hand shower vs rainfall etc. "

It is on a pedestrian walkway with shops and restaurants, so you'll need to bring your luggage down a small distance from the next street... but it was easy to and quick. The hotel is walking distance to the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosques, and the Basilica Cistern. The Grand Bazaar is also relatively close by. The hotel offers tea time in their restaurant every day and was a nice touch. "

"Everything was great about this hotel, including the room and the breakfast. The only reason I’ve downgraded it is that there was a smell of raw sewage in the room at times. In fact in the morning, it was so bad I had to completely open my window. It was so bad I almost could not even be in the room."

"We love staying at this hotel, restaurant shops the attractions are to walking distance.. Very friendly staff, nice clean rooms, only need to update the carpet.. The breakfast was 7:30 am to 10 am but main dishes were always late, they will put out close to nine and very little. I’ll suggest for the kitchen to have ready at the time on schedule.. that was my only complaint, we stayed for five days .."

"Absolutely lovely property! And the most amazing hospitality I have seen at a hotel. obviously this is a historic hotel, and it is very well taken care- has a luxury feel. I really appreciated the warm, “good mornings, have a nice day, welcome back” from the hotel staff. Selim especially went above and beyond! everything is perfect. Lovely views of the Bosphorous river nice location lots of good dining options. Staff polished your room twice a day. Everything was just so so perfect. I absolutely recommend this is a wonderful hotel. "
