"The lobby is not open 24 hours. Derrick, the desk clerk, went above and beyond to ensure this would not be an issue for me. He was wonderful! "

"Well we booked the miles motel for five nights and they sent us over to silver Creek apartments which turned out to be bigger place then what we booked, way quieter and more relaxing then our original booking we loved it here and enjoy our stay , great service and they we even great to my service dog too. "Everything was great except you can hear the foot steps above your room if your room is the lower level. I suggest if you like to stay here do request the highest floor!!! Location: very convenience for everything the heated pool was so awesome. Food: very good a lot of choices. Definitely stay here again."

"Property was clean and quiet. Room used to be a smoking room as you could see melt/burn marks on the carpet and what looked like a large make up mishap on the carpet as well. Also, when you turned up the air conditioner you could smell stale cigarette smoke. Staff were helpful and friendly. Pool was beautiful but in the shade a lot. Do not recommend ground floor rooms as you are unable to open your blinds for light as anyone walking by can see right into your room. "

"It was quiet. A good night's sleep without excessive noise from the hallway or neighbors. Room was clean and everything worked. TV especially was very nice. Breakfast was good. I liked the decaf coffee option. Parking was close and convenient."

"The hotel was great hot tub was nice. We had Suite plenty of room. Patio door a set of table and chairs right outside. Parking was easy. Plenty of food shopping and bars near by. Breakfast was great. Customer service was great. They held our luggage till our flight the day of check out. Would stay again for sure. "

Great Location

"The hotel is conveniently located near Banner and several restaurants. They have several amenities to use. The hotel and rooms are clean. The beds are extra firm which hurts my back and the pillows and bedding feel stiff as if they’ve been bleached too much and need to be replaced. "
