"Everything was great, only issue we had was we were assigned a room and were supposed to be able to just go into it, and someone else’s stuff was in there. "The property itself was fine…. It was the getting to the property that was crazy stressful AND expensive!!!!! There should be a tip or warning of the expensive route to property from bus station… only 10 minute taxi ride that cost $44 usd each direction. Property provided an emailed link on how to get to property after it was booked…. Only problem was, the link never opened my entire stay, so I’m unsure if the information was helpful or not!?!? "

"Little gem in Kopavogur. Hotel looks like new, very comfortable and clean room. Loved the shower very well designed so the bathroom floor stays dry all the time. Cozy place with a bakery near by. Best of all are the lovely owners that were so kind and generous sharing some food for breakfast, even when this was not part of the accommodation, as it was Easter when I visited and most of the places were closed due to holidays. Also loved the beautiful horse paintings. "

"The apartment was very nice and is highly recommended for two people (see below). It was light and had an open feel. There are very good cooking facilities. It is somewhat outside of Reykjavík centre and so car is needed. The main downside is that there are no blackout blinds in the bright living area where the large sofa bed (for person 3 & 4) is located. So if you are planning to come in May - July (when Iceland never gets properly dark), then I would only recommend the apartment for two...

"The room was not cleaned, old towels were hanging, there was no linen in one of the beds. We booked for 10 people, but there were actually 8 seats. The staff was arrogant, no one helped.The location was close to the beach, 10 minutes walk, but the house was somewhere behind the warehouse."
