"Excellent location in downtown within walking distance to most of the major attractions, bars and food places. Apartment was clean, spacious and well stocked with every thing we needed. Clear instructions on location, checkin were sent ahead of time and had no issues. Overall had a great time."

"The property is situated in a town that has been abandoned due to the presence of an active volcano. As a result, the area is now a ghost town with no available amenities, and it feels unsafe to stay there given that all former residents have relocated. Additionally, the property's layout is unconventional, as it involves sharing an apartment with another family. While I have stayed in various hostels before, this particular arrangement felt uncomfortable and did not meet my expectations."

"Super simple check-in. Expedia needs to update the conformation procedures but overall just provide your name and host was able to find check-in number. The "pods" were accessible and surprisingly spacious. The host were kind and very knowledgeable. Recommend 100% and I hope City Hub expands into the United States. Great Company and stay all around. "

"Really enjoyed our stay at the Viking. Pleasant staff. We had a great room overlooking the harbor. Despite the rain, we got a chance to try the hot tub with the thermal water. Having the restaurant nextdoor was a plus as was the included breakfast which had good variety. Liked being out of the hustle and bustle (and limited parking of the city. "
