"A true gem, easily one of the most memorable and charming places I have ever stayed in. The staff were all so warm and hospitable. We had a toddler with us and everyone was so sweet and genuinely kind to us, a group of foreign visitors. Every part of the hotel was furnished with charm and personality, with care given to even the smallest details such as the daily floral arrangements and warm matcha and snacks upon our return. "This was a very relaxing place to stay. There are hiking routes around the area. Recommend taking a stroll in the nearby mountain town. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Udon by the river, foot spas, all were amazing! Ask a local for directions on the Udon by the river. Quite the amazing experience."
