Our family of four stayed comfortably for one night between travel days in order to have easy access to Narita but one more night in Tokyo. It was quiet, and it had everything we needed and more. Although lodging in this area is more expensive than in other more jangly parts of the city (e.g., Shinjuku), diligently using the in-room kitchen for breakfast and dinner could help bring it in budget for travelers who prefer the feel of Tokyo proper.

Staff were super helpful and we were able to get an early check in which we really appreciated. Hotel room was very clean and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was great. An easy walk from Shinjuku train station.
