"We had a wonderful stay at Villa Hakone Stage. The Villa itself is quite spacious (we had a family of three staying) - a welcome change from the cramped living conditions in Tokyo. The villa was clean and very comfortable. The location is right next to both the "pirate" ship port and the ropeway to the top of Owakudani. Only issue is lack of restaurants after 19:00 and we never received our code to check in to the room-luckily staff was onsite to quickly assist!"

"I absolutely loved my stay there everything was perfect! From food to the room, the staff! They were so nice and helpful. Plus the hotel is beautiful, there’s free drinks, the onsen is simply wonderful. Really close to togendai! Even a family mart! 1000/10 the experience was just wonderful"

"Excellent onsen ryokan at a very competitive price. You to select three 50 minute sessions in one of the three on-site onsens per day (one in the morning, two in then evening). The staff were friendly and accommodating. It's a bit of a hike uphill from the station but nothing someone moderately fit can't handle."
