"I’ve stayed in this hotel many times before, but many years ago. It is in the help of all the shopping and eating, so the location is 10 out of 10. However, this time I decided to stay with them again. But the hotel is looking super rundown and the hallways and rooms smells like rotten egg. I unfortunately will not be staying at this hotel again."

Orbitz tried for almost a month but was unable to secure a refund for us. We will be staying elsewhere when we visit family in the future."
