"CitizenM was a hidden surprise. I had never heard of them but booked because they had a high rating and reasonable cost. The bed was the most comfortable ever. Spent a lot of time relaxing in the lobby with snacks and drinks. All staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We were in a great location in DC within walking distance of several museums and monuments. "
