"Dear all As an overall experience, it’s fantastic, however, I believe the main positive point is that all staff are polite and respectful in dealing with guests. Special thanks and hats off to (1) Mohamed, swimming pool 38, and (2) M. Zaky, F/O Manager. Thank you all employees/staff of Sultan Gardens Resort, who I think the main reason of hotel success, as there are many nice hotels same like Sultan, but not all nice hotels have these polite, gentle and respectful staff. "Absolutely wonderful few days at the Xperience Sea Breeze. Staff are so friendly, a special thanks to Mohamed in the restaurant and Romany at the bottom pool. Food variety was good and tasty. No rushing for a sun bed in the morning, there were plenty. Evening entertainment wasn’t great but the hotel offered free shuttles to Soho Square, Old Town and Naama Bay. We also opted to take the shuttle down to the sandy beach one day which was a nice change of scenery. Thank you, we will be back! "

"I have been staying at Umbi since 2008 and it’s still my fav. Place in Sharm El Sheik. Authentic, low key, clean and with the most beautiful sea, corals and fishes right at your doorstep. Nevertheless it’s sad to see a massive harbor is being built and it will destroy this natural paradise! Let’s collect firms and stop it! "

"We stayed at Pyramisa for a week. We had two children along with our 80 year old grandmother. Upon arrival we were placed in a room at the end of the hotel near the beach. However, there were no lifts and 1000’s of stairs. It took us 15 minutes to get to reception/pool area. We had to change rooms which took hours and hours. Even then, the rooms were not so close to the reception. They also had to downgrade the room to get us closer to reception and would not refund us the difference between the...

"Well we did not enjoy our time . Water was very very cold . I stayed with my family for 7 days UNFORTUNATELY , and everyone in the hotel was complaining about the water is very cold but they don’t listen and they have said “we need to keep in the atmosphere temperature “ !! Also , the service is very very bad . If you call them from your room after 10 PM no one will literally answer your calls to the reception. You need to call more than 8 time to have someone answer. "staff and management was really kind and supporting, especially we had a very great experience at Aqua bar with Mr. Temer, our housekeeping staff, Mr. Ganji and Mr. Mohammad were great people day did good service and also they make some decoration during making up the room, this is a new resort. I am sure that they are gonna be the best but since it’s new, there is some minor problems and I feel that they are trying to fix everything."

"We stayed 1 week in this amazing resort. We were impressed by the quality of services the resort offered us. I give 5stars to the variety of food in the buffet and the a la carte dining in the asian, med,and indian restaurant was very good too. I used the gym and again impressed by how well equiped it was. The coreals around the beach are breath taking, it's worth snorkeling and diving. Entrainment was fabulous. There is literally nothing I can complain about.Diffently come back again."

"Very nice place. Big rooms. Clean, safe. Very nice parties with free access. Very nice staff. Snorkelling at the beach was amazing. (Beware of the locals at the beach, they may be super friendly) Highly recommended. Will definitel come back."

"Aside from the buffet which was great - the guests mainly Russian picking their nose and handing the utensils to help themselves to food or using fingers to pick at the food with no regard to hygiene - Stella should move to staff serving rather than guests helping themselves. Staff were super helpful accommodating special mention to Mina and Mustafa who were SO attentive! Rooms are dated and my shower leaked from the tap and the shower head when in use! tiles are grout are old and worn."
