"We were disappointed with the hotel and their service at the reception, they are very harsh and asked for extra money for a child, even though the room was booked with two children and the age is listed on the reservation, the hotel is fully booked and they are not ready for it, they don't clean near the pool and also in the lobby it takes a lot of time. Not worth the money and not suitable for Rixos level"

"We loved staying and had a very relaxing vacation. The beach options are really good. It can get a bit crowded and you may not be able to get the long chairs in the beach but our overall experience was very good. Staff would go above and beyond to do things for you. We had a lovely time."

"The whole family (2 adults + 2 boys) had a great time here. From the moment we arrived, the staff gave us warm welcome and made sure the check in process was smooth and effortless. During our 5 days stay, the food was great from breakfast to dinner. The taste, the variety, and the freshness, all was top notch. My only reservation would be more choices of fruits could be provided. The staff are very polite and helpful. The whole site is designed and organised in a very professional and efficient way. If I were to come back to Share again, I would have no hesitation to choose this place. "

"I've stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, but White Hills truly stands out. Honestly, it’s even better than Rixos Sharm – and that says a lot. The service? Just wow. From the moment we arrived until check-out, everything was perfect. Huge shoutout to the amazing front desk team – Hamza, Gamal, and Mohamed – for their warm welcome and outstanding care. In the dining area, Ahmad, Shadi, and Fadi were beyond professional – always smiling, attentive, and making sure we had everything we needed.
