"The hotel staff were exceptional in every way from cleaners, waiters, bar staff , chefs, spa massage ladies, entertainment, ground staff to reception and security. Managers went out of their way to say hello and ensure that you were looked after. They employ people who can speak different languages. Activities and amenities for children also very good. Food was excellent, clean and they had a good variety of dishes every day , including breakfast, lunch and dinner options. Rooms were cleaned daily, with the cleaners making sure you are left water and replenished toiletries every day. We had an iron brought to the room, laundry weighing luggage options. The staff couldn’t do enough to make your stay enjoyable. Our room was updated to a family room with English movie and sport channels. You can use the Indrive app to book taxi at the local rates which was fraction of the cost the taxi drivers quote. We felt safe in the hotel . Airport is a little basic in sharm el sheikh and make sure you take a pen to fill out the immigration forms, otherwise the airport staff want to charge you. We enjoyed the heated swimming pools. Most other resorts don’t have the heated pools so I never go in for long as I get cold feet cramp's. They don’t take tips for the staff individually, I liked way tips are put in a box and they are shared among staff. I would now come here yearly. Better than the turkey , morrocco and Tunisia resorts I’ve been too. For Christmas it was decorated really nicely. "

"The staff are just amazing... Haytham and his team really is a breath of fresh air , they bring so much joy during our meals. The golf cart guys are also very joyful. We have remained. Very had a lovely stay. "

"This was our 2nd visit to the hotel and it was just as fabulous. The whole complex is clean and tidy with staff constantly working to keep the pools clean, grounds tended and all areas beautiful. The food was great, Jewels Buffet restaurant is busy but plenty of selection. Best to go early though. 4 other restaurants to visit and our favourite was the Italian, but all served excellent food, freshly cooked. We upgraded to the Posh Club with many benefits and had a sea view swim up suite, pool shared between 3 rooms but for our last week, we had sole use. The main pool is great too, very large and plenty of sun beds but we did notice the towels seemed to stay on the beds all day, sometimes without anybody using them which was frustrating as the sun was low in November and you had to sit one side of the pool in the afternoon to take advantage of it. Now for the staff …. they absolutely make this hotel and their attention to detail and dedication to making your holiday memorable is amazing. They recognise repeat visitors and take your happiness and enjoyment personally. Already booked to go back as we had such a wonderful time. Thank you for having us!"

"The hotel was great! The staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. They listened and acted as per requests. The only downside was the food and people staying in the hotel. A lot of Russians, very noisy and loud but hotel staff acted on complaints put through by us. Service and people were nice, it was safe and they made an effort to help us with a surprise free of charge. Taxi’s nice and cheap and everything was nearby. Maximum travel was 20 minutes to Quad bikes. WiFi was good and worked in the hotel room, however did keep disconnecting but very easy to connect again. Facilities great, hot water to shower with. "

"- Food: good, especially the Culina restaurant (fish). Buffet restaurants (Soprano/Mediteranian) were also good, and there were some foods/deserts that were delicious. - Animation: very energetic and eager to get you engage into activities, at least the guys. Cool activities. - Internet: good coverage, there are some cold spots (no wifi), but it's rare. I got about 30/30mbps at the lobby bar and in my room. There are some outages, but quite rare, mostly in the evenings, so for video calls I used mobile data (t-mobile, like $15 for 30gb at airport). - Sports: - Volleyball: good court and good ball. Having some reflectors would be ideal, to be able to play in the evening - Ping-pong (table tennis): good table, bad rackets; they are falling apart, and rubber is non-existant. It's inside, so at least wind isn't a problem. - Billiard: quite bad tables (2) - it's all warped as it's outside. You can play, but it's not the most enjoyable game, as ball is always going to the corner. - Remote work (for digital nomads): not great, not terrible. Tables at lobby bar are quite high relative to the chair, so your shoulders/traps will ache after an hour or two. Good internet. You can work at the buffet restaurant (Soprano) when it's opened, table there is better. - Pushy salesmen: some comments say the scuba/massage guys (working for commission) are too pushy. IMO they aren't that bad. And do bargain for the price, you can get 50% off the initial price offer."
