"Lovely and clean. Close to metro. Safe (female dorm). Key cards for front door and room. Locker in room that could fit a rucksack. 2nd floor up over a 24 hour 7 eleven convenience store with very friendly staff. Free breakfast (bread/toast, cereal, tea/coffee) from 7am. The only downside is that the common area is a breakfast bar so not very social."

"This was very terrible very dirty The night I stay with no AC I have to move out and mainly I go down and come in with them. They don’t do anything. They cannot change the room need my money back. I have all the evidence I tried to contact Expedia. No one respond me back yet this is terrible customer service. I need someone contact me soon as possible. I drove a lot. "This hostel is in a pretty good location, close to a lot of restaurants, easy walk to the nearest subway station (Bugis), and within walking distance of some attractions. The hostel itself is pretty basic, the beds are pretty private with the curtains, which is nice, but there is no kitchen or main common area besides the rooftop deck. The 20 bed room on the third floor needs an anti-slam door - I was placed right beside the door and with 19 other people coming and going at all hours with a...

"Sarah runs this place and is super friendly and helpful. It has everything i would want from a hostel, its clean, quiet at night, has good wifi and is in a good location. Note: when trying to find it, its located up one floor from the ground. Would certainly recommend."

"Saw roaches crawling on my bed the first hour I was there. I didn’t sleep in my bed the first night. Requested a sheet & pillow change and she did. Kept my lights on 24/7 & sprayed bug spray on my bed to prevent anything else from crawling on there. "

"A weight bench a one set of dumbbells is not a gym. I couldn’t vouch for access to the pool, because there was no one at reception during my checkin, checkout or stay. The signs say male showers are on each level but they are either on alternate levels. The showers are adequate but annoying that you have to exit the shower to turn them on. Suggestions, perhaps a shelf in the capsule to put charging devices on, and a towel. I thought towels were standard with ‘bedding supplied’ accommodation now!"

"I didn’t check there is no female room in the internet, so we stayed in the room with some guys first day. But fortunately, staff helped us to change another hostel next day. Really appreciate!!"

"It’s such a shame because the staff here are extremely helpful and welcoming but this hostel is not clean at all. I’ve stayed at many hostels in Singapore but I cannot recommend this one. Beds are very uncomfortable, no windows, toilets and showers are in same room so toilet is constantly soaked, many insects crawling walls. Once again, it’s such a shame this hosel is like his as owners are so kind."

"I really enjoyed our stay here, even though it was only for the day. We were able to check in early (thank goodness). We were able to walk to a few places we wanted to visit. Room was nice and comfortable, and we ordered room service as we were heavily jet lagged, food was delicious."

"What a gem of a hotel! Located within minutes of the Chinatown MRT station, this hotel has all the amenities that a leisure traveler needs, including a rooftop pool, fitness center & sauna in the change room. The rooms a spacious, with a kitchenette that include a fridge, microwave & all dinnerware (plates, bowls, cups, utensils - for 2) as well as a kettle & Nespresso coffee maker. The location is walkable to the Marina Bay & Gardens of the Bay, as well as all the nearby Hawker Centers. To venture further out, just hop on the top notch MRT that will get you anywhere you want to go in Singapore. We'll be returning here on our trips to Singapore for the foreseeable future..."
