"Great place to stay within close proximity to downtown/old town Tbilisi. Suite was very neat, would recommend to upgrade your rooms to the luxury suite if you can. The terrace has a panoramic view of the entire city, where you can enjoy lounging while sipping on some delicious local Georgian wine! 10/10 would stay there again! "

"This was my second time and just as great as the first. I was contacted earlier directly by Natalia, should I have any issues or need any transportation assistance. I arrived very late in the evening and was kindly greeted. My booked room was unavailable so she upgraded me for free. Regardless every room seems to have a fantastic view. Fresh cooked breakfast. Honestly one of my favorite places to stay in the city. Couldn’t be more perfectly located to where I like to visit."

"It’s in a great location. Breakfast is very good. Most day trip tours begin at 9:00am and breakfast begins at 9;00am so was a bit problematic. Seemed a little late but I think that’s normal in Georgia. Staff wasn’t very friendly which was a bit sad. It’s very clean, comfortable bed and great facilities. "

"Very unprofessional hotel... I’m reporting to Expedia, as this was an horrible experience as a guest. Due to an error of the hotel desk. they exposed my passport information on FB trying to locate me. I’m reporting to the Embassy as well. "I have very mix fellings about my stay in Sole Palace hotel. One can find cheaper options than booking on hotel.com I had booked a standard room from 24.10 to 27.10. On arrival I was offered a room having window just toward the hill. Could not see people or have a look toward city. I told to the the receptionist being on duty that I had booked for a standard room but why he shows me such a room. He toled me that they can upgrade my room against extra payment. "Everything is perfect but there is one problem ! You put there is the airport’s transfer ! But there is no transportation and I pay $75 yesterday and today $100 for picking up my guests from the airport ! You should erase that false advertisement !"
