"Excellent. Beautiful balcony overlooking the sulphur baths in very pretty, historic area of town. Short stroll to restaurants and bars, Indoor and well heated outdoor areas. So many wine shops! Staff were really helpful and available 24 hours. Bathroom was excellent, heating and air con worked well. Hotel close to museums, churches and squares and easy walking distance to so much history. Very proud people who work hard to ensure you get the best out of the country. "

"This was my second time and just as great as the first. I was contacted earlier directly by Natalia, should I have any issues or need any transportation assistance. I arrived very late in the evening and was kindly greeted. My booked room was unavailable so she upgraded me for free. Regardless every room seems to have a fantastic view. Fresh cooked breakfast. Honestly one of my favorite places to stay in the city. Couldn’t be more perfectly located to where I like to visit."

"It’s a very nice place to stay and explore Tbilisi!! I enjoyed my stay. My had breakfast included and every morning what whatever time you prefer to have breakfast Mr Vakhtang & Mrs.Tamara. Will make it for you. Also they have airport taxi they can pick you up and drop you off whenever you want. So, I highly recommend to ALL. "

"Excellent value for money. Right on the doorstep of Liberty square. Walking distance to quite a few sightseeing, dining and shopping options. Room was itself spacious and clean with a sitting area. Staff were kind and helpful. However, it can be a little tricky to find the hotel as it’s in an hidden alley with no clear signage on the Main Street. I had to call them to get directions and the staff were super helpful in guiding me through. Bathroom seemed like it could use a renovation. "

"We really enjoyed our three night stay in this hotel, the room was quite spacious and breakfasts were the best we had in a two week stay in several places in Georgia.
