"Non professional , unfriendly staff. I have booked two rooms. When arrived at hotel i have showed them my voucher from Hotels.com. They said that they do not have reservation for me. I asked them to call Hotels. com but they refused. And i could not get my reserved rooms. I have contacted Hotels.com myself and they said that they have booked the two rooms for me and they have forwarded the reservation to the hotel."
