"This hotel has a very nice and cute design. The cleaning team was efficient and did a good job, but the reception staff, except for one person named Lukas, were not helpful. Lukas was the only one who provided excellent customer service and went out of his way to assist us. For the first three days, there was a lot of noise in our room early in the morning, which sounded like a renovation. I brought this issue to the hotel’s attention, and after those three days, it was fine. The room design...

"Great location 3-4 minute walk to Avlabari metro and bus station, with Airport Bus also stopping on this large square {beware if you have heavy luggage though take a taxi as would be really difficult to drag over uneven old town pavements up small incline to property). Rooms clean, with nice handy little fridge, loads of novelty tv channels adding to the fun :) but only a couple of English news channels, Bloomberg USA and Al Jazeera. "We stayed in the room next to the elevator on the top floor. The room was small and in strange shape. There was no shower room at all. There was just a shower head on the wall next to the toilet. After a shower, water was all over the floor of the small restroom. We got a discount when booking, but without any warning about no closed shower space."
