"I arrived at the hotel early morning with my wife. Front desk taff, Ketevan and Luka was so nice and allow us to breakfast buffet. We have a full day tour, so Ketevan willing to hold my luggages until coming back from day tour. We stayed 4 nights. Only problem was that room was so cold because hotel doesn't provide heater until 3rd day."

"The steakhouse was really good and accommodating. The breakfast was too expensive for what you got, so I never tried it. The Bar on the roof looked nice, seemed to have a good vibe. The location was great! The only reason I gave the area outside a lower review was because of road work right out front. The staff went out of their way to be helpful."

"The staff were friendly and accomodating. The coffee shop was excellent - both the coffee and the baked fare! The lounge bar cocktails were average, I imagine it's being worked on. The Spa of course is great and the staff are courteous and thoughtful! All in all a definite must stay!"
