We flew in on a late flight and then it took us 2.5 hours to get through passport control and to find a taxi (which is a complete con game—download the DiDi app before you come). "Excellent location, it's right next to the metro station and the park. Everyone was friendly and welcoming—the receptionist, concierge staff, and the cleaner. I had parcels delivered to the hotel, and they were very kind, taking them to my room and disposing of the packaging for me.
