"Excellent choice of accommodation within Nanjing-lu pedestrian street area. The room was very well maintained, and housekeeping did an excellent job everyday. A complimentary Birthday Cake was on the table when we walked in, what a nice surprise. Breakfast was excellent, great environment and great choices. Front desk was very accommodating, check-in was prompt and check-out was just key-drop. Highly recommended."

"We had to move rooms twice because the rooms were dirty. The first room the carpets/floor hadn't been cleaned, there was crumbs of food all over the floor and on the chair within the room. We informed the front desk, who were actually very good, and were told it would be cleaned by the time we were back from a walk. It hadn't been cleaned some 5 hours later so they move us. "We stayed one night. Overall great experience. Great location. Minutes walk to the Bund. Across street from the financial center and 15 minutes to Yu Garden. Staff were professional and helpful. The restaurant had a great view and food was very delicious. A nice gym facing the bund. The room is clean; although a bit old. However, the bathroom is very spacious. "
