"We stayed overnight connecting from an international flight to a domestic flight. The hotel is on the first floor in terminal 3. There are signs for the airport hotel which we followed to get there. I have stayed in airport hotels which have very small rooms. This room was larger, like a regular hotel room. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant. It was good and surprisingly inexpensive. The included breakfast was also very good. The buffet has many choices. We had several bags. At check-in they offered to hold some of them for us, which saved us having to bring them to the room. Checkout was quick. They brought the bags and provided us with luggage carts to use to bring all of our stuff to the airline check-in counter. I was very pleased with this hotel and would use them again."

"I have stayed enough times at this hotel to feel as though it really is a home away from home. I love how the team here recognize me and service is professional, warm and welcoming. Just back from Java and it was bliss to experience the lovely cool, white, crisp bed linen and the enormous bath towels which I always love at this hotel. But the cream that rises to the top here is how wonderful the team is and how they always care for me - it will be hard to go back to reality!"
