Beautiful hotel with so friendlly staff where ever you meet them in the property. The hotel is attached to a big mall-Pondok Indah Mall with lots of good restaurants. Intercontinental Pondok Indah is often regarded as a "luxury hotel" and truly lives up to that reputation, offering more than your typical five-star experience. The service here is outstanding, with all the staff being incredibly helpful and attentive, striking just the right balance to ensure you're not overwhelmed. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The swimming pool is fantastic—Clear water. 25 meters long and perfectly straight, ideal for laps. The pool's changing area is equally impressive—immaculately clean, pleasantly scented, and fully air-conditioned, ensuring a comfortable experience.

家族がチェックアウト時に体調を崩してしまいとても困ったのですが、タクシーのキャンセル、病院の手配、フライトの変更など私だけでは出来なかった事をとても親切にサポートしていただきました。 家族のために温かい飲み物や車椅子を準備してくださったりずっと付き添ってくださってとても心強く安心できました。 またジャカルタに行く機会があれば必ずここに泊まります。 モールにも直結していて便利です。
