Kudos to all the friendly staffs especially to David Lim in the front desk who helped us find my husband's cellphone he left in a taxi.Room is spacious, beds are comfortable. There's a lot of restaurant in the area.Next building is a department store.Highly recommended.

Room felt a little misleading, as it said 2 double beds and 2 sleeper sofas. The two double beds are pushed against each other so it’s really more like one king sized bed. And the sofa beds are not sofa beds at all. The pieces are separate and slide around so really nobody can sleep on it. The room was serviced every day but the soap and shampoos were never replenished which was annoying. Lastly, the kitchen came with very very little plates etc.

The absolute nicest hotel room i have ever stayed in. There is more storage than you could ever use. Washer with sterilization setting, blower line dryer, amazing bathroom with multi funtion bidet, walk in shower, 2 televisions, work desk, coffee table, island with cooktop, microwave/oven combo, refrigerator, daily complementary pour over coffee, and bottled water. In the building are 3 different coffee shops, a bakery, an Emart, a bulgogi restaurant, a flower shop, 2 high end restaurants, golf practice, tennis practice, spa, giant workout room, the concierge desk is beyond helpful with monetary exchange, luggage storage, and a professionalism that is incomparable.

It was a lovely stay. A bit problematic at the begining as we figured out where plugs and temperature controls were. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Conveniently located near Lotte shopping and the subway. Many little shops nearby too. Traditional markets were a delight.

Overall excellent facility and location. University Konkuk) town so little dirty and noisy which is to be expected. We really enjoyed our stay here since the unit was nice and the location couldn’t have been better. Right at the middle of Gangnam and Gangbuk with 2 min walk to main #2 loop line station.

Wonderful!
Excellent hotel. The 4 sleeper suite is a Great sized room for long stays. The location is near lots of eateries, Lotte department store and train station. Only downside is that all rooms have one bathroom.

We had a lovely stay. The area was perfect for our first visit to Seoul. 3 mins walk to the train station. Clean and the staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful. If I travel to Seoul again , I will be staying there for sure . 5 minutes walk to a large supermarket and a great mall. Lots of great cafes and options to eat too.
