The room was on the small side and the washroom was a wet room, but other than that very nice area, lots of restaurants, bars and cafes around.

The standard room was a a little small by American standards but was very comfortable. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many dining options as well as subway and bus stations. Lotte Tower is only 10 minutes away with its mall, shoppong mart (think a grocery store and more) and attractions like Lotte World and Aquarium. On my next trip to Seoul I will definitely stay here again.

Good unique hotel. Very odd room design. Bathroom entrance direct to the shower before toilet. Good area for dining, close to the lake and lotte world. Also close to the train station. Very odd that laundry is not 24 hours and only 1 machine. It’s slightly ruining over holiday plan. Overall 7/10

Super affordable and a great place to stay for a few days. Jamsil is a cool area for drinks and food, and located only a few subway stops from Gangnam. I made a mistake in my booking and they were super accommodating.

Good price and good hotel. Located near Lotte center and other metro stations. Near to Asan Medical Center who is attending courses or coming to Asan Medical center for other reasons. Near to local restaurants and nice parks around here.

Be under no illusions if you have already booked to stay here well done, if not, book it. What a great hotel. In Korea space is a premium so there is no spa, no pool but there is loads of character. The bedroom was immaculate, the staff are amazing and the location is fantastic....what else can we say? We would absolutely stay here again.

The bed is very uncomfortable and dirty.

The bed is very uncomfortable as it is with a plastic cover on the mattress. The plastic cover makes the bed too warm, hard and noisy which you turn. There were few hairs on the blanket cover and on the bed, I requested the hotel staff to change the blanket cover , they committed but did not change😔

I had a great stay at the Delight hotel. The hotel is more geared towards business travelers than tourists, so not many amenities. However it was clean, the staff were lovely and the location was great. A lot of really good options for dinner!

Sits in the middle of an area filled with bars and local food (not chains). A 5 minute walk from a major shopping mall. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms are small and minimal, but you'll be spending all your time out and about, anyway.

Having to tell them you wanted breakfast by late evening the day before was kinda stupid in my opinion. No continental breakfast provided. Couldn't get any help putting the television on English so was not able to use the television in the evenings when in for the night. Spent a week with this issue. It was nice to be so close to multiple attractions as well as a subway stop within a five minute walk.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the staff kind, though quite reserved. It was very convenient to have a fridge and kettle in the room. The only negative thing I can really say is that it was quite hard to find on foot, which was how we arrived. I forgot something on departure, and the staff very kindly agreed to mail it to my friend. If I were in the area again, I would definitely stay there.

Disgusting hotel

This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Hairs in the sheets, black mold in the bathroom, food on the floor that had not been swept, some sort of sticky jelly on the furniture, the walls were completely covered in marks. The aircon did not work, the window let in street noise well after midnight. I have been to 47 countries all over the world, stayed in countless hotels and I never ever leave reviews, but this place was the exception. I would usually feel bad about leaving a bad review as I know this type of business is hard, but this hotel team so clearly did not care about the state of this room. It was not like the photos, it was disgusting. Do not stay here

Value for money.

Very small hotel and only 1 lift to serve up to 10th floor. My room was not clean properly as I need to bring diwn the 2 cups to exchange at the reception plus I still saw some hairs on the bed n pillow. Totally dislike the plastic mattress protector as it is so uncomfortable to sleep on it even bedsheet over it. Location walkable to lotte mall and train station about 7mins. Tons of good food around is the only plus point for me. Staffs are friendly and helpful especially Mr Oh which help me to connect my transport service for my last day to airport.

Actual hotel rooms do not look as good as photos but it is acceptable. Rooms are dated with stained tissue boxes but sheets and pillows are clean. No funky smell so that's great but sound insulation is poor. One major incident for my stay was that the housekeeper kept my door unlocked (!!!) after housekeeping and I returned to an unlocked room door. Scary but thankfully I had brought all my valuables with me out. Can improve on this aspect.
