"I can’t say enough about this property. The staff, the hotel, the rooms, the food everything fabulous. As a 61 year old woman traveling by herself in Seoul they were so helpful in helping me get around by myself and ensuring I had a taxi for me to return back to the hotel. Never posted a review before but I had to let them know how wonderful they are. "

"A modern, clean and attractive hotel with great facilities on site such as pool and large gym, book store, bakery, convenience store, Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, and with Starbucks and 7-11 across the street. Generally quiet, with the hotel being a good 10 minute walk from the main part of Itaewon. Not particularly close to anywhere else, we mainly relied on Uber to get to Myeongdong, Seoungsu, Insadong etc, all of which were roughly 15 minutes away in the car. "In overall, the staff are friendly and helpful, hotel is clean and at good location. The only comment I would give is that the room acoustic is not up to standard as we can hear traffic from the windows even the windows are closed. Also hearing sound from other rooms esp in shower room and the wall along tv. The sliding door idea for closet not quite user friendly. "

"Place was a little hidden but around a lot of cool spots. There’s a hair salon, pharmacy, convenience stores, and bakeries/restaurants. It was a bit far from some areas but still there was a lot to do around. The room was small and the bath is very different from any other baths we’ve seen before. The place wasn’t that clean at first but we asked for a clean up and they did it super quick. Check in was super easy and check out too. It was a nice cozy spot."

"The girl is close to lots of shopping and dining. Being at a subway stop is a real plus. It’s bed noisy on weekend nights. It’s a busy social area for young people. When I say night I mean from 9 PM until literally 6 AM. "
